I'm Eduardo — I develop, operate, and own the product. I wear the hats of dev, DevOps/SRE, and product manager all at once, backed by a team that handles operations and the commercial side of the business. Based in Santiago, Chile, coding since FrontPage 95 — PHP, Python, Bash, and now TypeScript/React/Next.js.

What I build

My main project is CPA25, a property management platform for the real estate brokerage I work at. It handles the entire operation: leases, contracts, billing, settlements, audits, email marketing — everything.

It's the 5th iteration of a system that started in Google Sheets and PHP. Today it runs on Next.js + Supabase with 6 AI agents working in parallel on the codebase.

How I work

I use Claude Code as my main development tool — not as autocomplete, but as a team: specialized agents for security, testing, features, each in its own worktree.

I also built MailEagle (custom email marketing), an email analysis pipeline, and the company's public website with Astro.

Not just code

Before code, I did a bit of everything: imported products from China, ran an e-commerce doing 3-5M CLP/month, maintained an SEO blog making $1,000 USD/month, and learned marketing with Shopify.

I'm not just a dev — I understand the business side.
